Terms of Service
Welcome to Clarivaro. These terms govern all coaching and consulting activities provided on clarivaro.com for 2025.
1. Services
Clarivaro offers personalized coaching and consulting sessions tailored to individual and group needs. Bookings are confirmed upon full settlement.
2. Digital Knowledge Products
Access to e-courses, guides and other digital materials is granted after settlement. Due to the nature of digital delivery, no reimbursements are available once access has been granted.
3. Physical Materials
Printed workbooks and other tangible materials may be sent to participants. Unopened shipments may be shipped back within fourteen days of delivery to qualify for a reimbursement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the parcel meets the original condition. Reimbursements are processed within ten business days after receipt of the shipment.
4. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Consulting and coaching appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if the request is made at least forty-eight hours before the original slot. Requests made later will not qualify for rescheduling or reimbursement.
5. Refund Policy
Clarivaro strives for client satisfaction. For live consultations, a full reimbursement is available if cancellation occurs at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled date. No reimbursement is provided for cancellations made within forty-eight hours of the session or after access to digital resources has been granted. For products shipped back under section 3, reimbursements follow the process described above.
6. Liability
Clarivaro’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or product. We are not responsible for indirect outcomes arising from coaching or consulting activities.
